That is correct. I don't know why I thought I would be waking up at 5am to get on the trainer for 20-30min. I didn't manage to do so this morning and doubt I do at all. I am simply not an early morning person. So, to make up for that, I walked for 30min during lunch today and managed 45min with Coach Troy this evening.
I will walk again at lunch tomorrow, see Matt (my physical therapist) at 5pm and maybe do another 45min to an hour with Coach Troy. I also did really well with eating good today...right around 1450-1500 calories. Also, no sodas for 4 days now....
Short & sweet, eh? :)

Soooo, 21 days lasted . . . all of three days.
Here's a reason to get in the habit of getting up at 5 and falling onto the trainer:
its good training for when you do certain "butt-crack of dawn rides."
LOL..yes, I fail at getting up that early. Especially when it's freakin' cold in my house as well.
I can get up early when I really have to...i.e. up at 3am for a 6am flight recently and I'm sure I can get up for those butt-crack of dawn rides too. Easier if it were warmer, but in reality - I've never been a morning person, I've tried this before and didn't make it....
But, I've succeeded in no sodas what-so-ever since 12/31 and no alcohol since 12/19. :)
