3 Sets Of Hurtin' Intervals Next Week

Yea, you read the title correctly. Mentor/coach guy told me today, that I need to do 3 sets of 1min intervals and 3 of 30s intervals this week. Damn. I knew it. It was mentioned earlier, in passing on a forum we both frequent, but I really thought he was kidding. Guess not.

Burnsville Metric is in 2 weeks, so I need to work just a bit more on these intervals...I do know that they have helped. I could tell today, when I had to work to catch up to Andy. I would work really hard, like doing one of my intervals, when bridging back to him, let up a bit - recover, work again. It was hard, but not as hard as if I hadn't been doing them.

So, this should be fun:) Uh Huh. Sure it will.

yea, you gave that to me earlier...i read it, but felt lousy on TT day. will do another one soon and hopefully it will be better.
